Telecommuting

Stevens Legal Staffing supports the Green Movement and encourages its clients to do the same. Wherever possible staffing on projects is designed to incorporate telecommuting or remote work sites that limit vehicle commuting in densely populated urban areas. As an alternative, our legal professionals are encouraged to use mass transit or carpooling rather than single occupant vehicles.

Recycling

SLS reviews its waste stream periodically for waste recycling opportunities and to reduce the amount of single use materials. We maintain an active recycling program including all paper products, furniture, and computer equipment. SLS participates in annual environmental cleanup days and encourages our employees to participate as well.

Community-Based Buying

SLS is a proponent of community based buying and requires its vendors to buy locally wherever possible.
